A few useful details

Before you jump in.

Does this replace Blackboard?

Classroom is an alternative view of your courses. Blackboard remains the original source for your class information and for actions such as submitting work or taking tests.

Will it work with my school?

The extension is built for Blackboard Ultra and detects your school’s site and branding. Schools can configure Blackboard differently, so availability and some features can vary.

Why do I need an extension?

The extension connects Classroom to your signed-in Blackboard session. You also need to be signed into your school’s Blackboard account. If your connection or school sign-in has expired, this site shows the info page instead of opening saved classes.

Where does my course information come from?

Your installed extension reads information from the Blackboard account you’re signed into. Classroom does not ask for your school password or publish your course information on this public page.
